He is survived by: his children, Paul William Mann and Cathy Jo Hiltner (Manfred); his grandchildren, Alexander Michael Mann, Nicholas Clayton Mann, Michael Alexander Hiltner and Jennifer Joyce Weber; and his sister Alice Jean Jones. He is also survived by his family, friends.
