He was predeceased by: his mother Minnie Lee King Pinkston. He is survived by: his son Dante Nash (T. Nash); his wife Eva Devine Nash Pinkston; his daughter Ayvonjanai "Marie" Nash; his nephew Andre Devine Sr. (Eutoria Reed Devine); his niece Vontarra Devine; his uncle Charles King of Bastrop, LA.; and his siblings, Carrie Nevills, Cheryl Totsch, Larry (Laura Gray) and Dion (Valerie Miller).
