The memory of Carol Stephens of Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on June 17, 2025 at the age of 79, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Carol may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carol touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Watts and Adelaine Watts; and her brothers, Richard Watts and Theodore Watts. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Turbo, Donald Storrjohann, Christine Ledbetter and Edward Stephens. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; along with numerous other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel Hill Mortuary - Cedar Hill (6300 State Rte 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
