It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie L. Carter in Saint Louis, Missouri, born in Sullivan, Missouri, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Carter and Joyce Carter; her nephew Coleton William Carter; and her grandparents, Seymour, Mary L. Carter, Raymond and Margueritte Johnson.

She is survived by: her brother Chris; her sister-in-law Renee Carter of Summerville, SC; and her nieces, Madison and Morgan of Summerville, SC. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Foundation in memory of Bill Carter.
