He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Buzzetta and Amelia Buzzetta; and his siblings, Samuel, Clara and Wilhemina.
He is survived by: his wife Regina L. Buzzetta; his daughter Nancy Kamp (Don); his grandchildren, Jessica (Brian Criscione) and Brett; and his great grandchild Kinsley. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
