It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E Fischer of Saint Louis, Missouri, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Fischer and Clara Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Wagner Fischer of St. Louis; his nieces, Charlotte Watters and Kristin Fischer of Williamsburg, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Fischer of Williamsburg, VA and Marge Wagner of St. Louis, MO.
