It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles T. Shepard of Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frances and Marie Claire Shepard; and his sisters, Judy Gallardo and Charleen Seago. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Butcher; and his children, John Shepard, Maria Shepard and Nathan Shepard. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, their families, and dear friends.
