The memory of Charlotte M. Neiswander in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Struckman (Miriani) and Henry Struckman; her husband Jim; her daughters, Chris Schmelter, Cindy Keck and Kathy Ostrich; her son-in-law Pete Ostrich; her brother Lou Struckman; her siblings-in-law, Betty Struckman (Ross), Judy Rogers (Neiswander), Sally (Neiswander) and Robert Sunnen; and her grandchildren, Vincent and Leah Keck.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Spitzmiller (Terry), Dale Neiswander (Barb) and Dan Neiswander (Michele); her sons-in-law, George Schmelter and Vern Keck; her brother-in-law Jim Rogers; her grandchildren, George Michael Schmelter (Tiffany) and Kim Milentz (Rick); and her great grandchildren, Jacoby, Jaiden Schmelter, Caitlyn Edgerton, Connor, Lucas Spiegel, Charlotte Westermayer and Melody Haller.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Church (5130 Wilson Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110).
