He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert L. Barlow, Sr. and Elizabeth "Bebe" Barlow; his siblings, Robert Barlow, Jr. of Los Angeles and Genevieve Barlow (Jeff Stevens) of St. Louis; his nephews, Hutchinson, Lucas, Tyler and Robbie; and his cousins, Laura Winter (Will), Patrick Barlow and Ron Barlow Jr. (Charlene).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary (6464 Chippewa St, St. Louis, MO 63109). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
