As Colin departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Colin may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Colin leaves behind.
He is survived by: his mother Ann M. Steele; his siblings, Erin E. Steele, Margret A. Steele and Kevin J. Cooper; and his pets, Nyan and Giggly Bits. He is also survived by siblings and many nieces and nephews.
