He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Koth and Monica Davis; his pet Sydney; his mother Arlene Yost; his son-in-law James Koth; his grandsons, Ryker Koth, Atticus Koth and Gabriel Maynez; his siblings, Kimberly DuBois, Dan Davis, Howard Peters III, Anthony Peters, Mathew Peters and Rebekah Moore; his aunts and uncles, Doug O'Neal, Mike O'Neal and Melvia O'Neal; his cousins, Jon O'Neal, Kelly O'Neal and Becky Hewlett Waters; and his siblings' children, Heather Ackerman, Misty Fletcher, Justin Ackerman, Deric Davis, Kylee Bunge, Howie Peters, Nick Peters, Emily Peters, Kim Schetter, Taylor Arjona, Rachel Peters, Michael Peters, Michaela Cronin, Samantha Moore, Sophia Moore and Jessica Moore.
