Genevieve, Tonya Fallert of Crystal City, MO and Amy Fasnut (Mark) of Festus, MO.; his grandchildren, Waylon Bieser, Caleb Walsh, Spencer Hall, Ryker Hall and Elliana Fasnut; his parents, Frances Chance, (Kirkley) and George Chance, Jr.; his brothers, George Chance III (Diane) and Frank Chance (Kay); and his uncle Ben Chance.

In lieu of flowers David asked to bring can goods for Veterans Food Pantry.
