He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Jane Herr and Nathan Kantrovitz; and his brothers, Joel and Mark Kantrovitz. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brodsky Kantrovitz; his children, Debbey Guy (Glenn), David Kantrovitz Jr. (Melissa), Daniel Kantrovitz (Brenna), Andrew Kantrovitz, Grampsy, Jordan, Andy, Adam, Emily, Katie, Lily and Vida; and his cousin Florann Kessell.
