He was predeceased by: his son Travis Hoffmann. He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Hoffmann (LaMont) and Donald F. Hoffmann; his children, Casey Hoffmann and Elizabeth Hoffmann; his grandchildren, Hudson Ripperden, Audrey Ripperden and Oliver Hoffmann; his brother Donald Hoffmann (Mary Kay); his siblings' children, Christy Hoffmann and Ian Hoffmann; and his sister Donna Hermosillo (John).
