He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Suzanne "Suzie" Fragale; his children, Nicholas Fragale (Emily), Joseph Vincent Fragale, Nina Fragale-Horton (Robert) and Frank Fragale (Kari); his grandchildren, Kaya, Odin, Salvatore, Luca, Vincenzo and Teresa; his parents, Virginia Fragale (Lanasa) and Joseph Fragale; and his siblings, Laurie Bova (Andrew), Gina Gentilini (Dave), Joanna Kressaty (George) and Toni Fragale.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joe's memory to St. Ambrose Catholic Church or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
