She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hawkins and Clara Hawkins (Doermer); her husband Carl Herman; and her son Jeffrey Herman (Sarah). She is survived by: her sons, Jon Herman and Gregory Hermann (Kasi); her significant other Dan Emmons; her grandchildren, Calleigh, Tyler, Isaac, Sarah, Zoie and Colin; and her stepchildren, Jerry (Erica), Randy (Carmen), Christina and Joyce. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary (6464 Chippewa St, St. Louis, MO 63109). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
