He is survived by: his close friend Sara Crawford; his children, Dion Shaffer Jr., Clayton Shaffer, Becca Shaffer and Autumn Crawford; his grandchildren, Liam, Gracelynn, Laila, Lakelyn, Everleigh, Eliana and Anakin; and his siblings, Shaun Shaffer and Farrah Owydat. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
