He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Donald E. Hoffmann and Donna Hermosillo (John); his grandchildren, Casey, Christy, Elizabeth (Libby), Ian, Jeffrey and Jason; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Hudson, Audrey, Oliver, Grey, Jeffrey Jr. and Jacob. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Aphasia Clinic at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
