He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Cinderella Williams; and his brother Russell Williams. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Williams; his children, Donald Williams II of Los Angeles, Steve Williams (Gina) and Jennifer Simon (Matthew); his grandchildren, Sean Simon, Erin Simon and Anastasia Williams; his siblings, Larry Williams (Betty), David Williams (late Mary) and Peggy Ruhland (Mike); and his sister-in-law Joan Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Forest Park Forever.
