She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Vilmer; her parents, Alfred Sanders and Ruby Sanders; and her siblings, Elizabeth (Betty), Ralph N and Ronnie J. Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Allgood (Wilber), Patricia Fortner (David), Michael Vilmer (Ella), Sheila Bone (Jerome), Kathryn Cox (Thomas), Jeffrey Vilmer and Kevin Vilmer; and her sisters-in-law, Constance Sanders (Lucky) and Shirley Sanders. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
