She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kakta and Marie Kakta Sr.; her former husband George Lockos; her son Tallis Lockos; her husband William Slavik; and her sister Marie Watkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Thomson (Richard); her daughter-in-law Cheryl Lockos; her grandchildren, Nicole Clark (Alexander IV), Tallis John Lockos (Jenny), Kyle Lockos (Cipi), Cherish Thomson, Heather Maus (Gavin) and Tina Gualberto; her great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Tallis (Mitta), Ayu, Zion, Alex, Liam, Alexandria, Olivia, Madelyn, Nicholas, Alexander V, Oliver, Juan and Sofia; her great great grandchild Ciano; and her siblings, Agnes Zeller and Frank Kakta Jr..
