Earl T. Setchfield Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl T. Setchfield (Saint Louis, Missouri), who passed away on May 31, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Earl T. Setchfield to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Setchfield and Mabel Setchfield; his sisters, Joan Nieters (Richard), Ruth Auer, Dorothy Holtmann and Carol Stroker; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Reichert (Paul).
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Setchfield; his children, Tracy Setchfield, Greg Setchfield (Megan) and Kristi Hatchell (Gerry); his grandchildren, Meghan Setchfield, Breanna Setchfield, Katie Harris (Gage), Alec Hatchell and Courtney Hatchell; and his brothers-in-law, Earnest Auer, Norman Holtmann, Bob Stroker and Edward Lampe (Kathy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Homes - South County Chapel (4830 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Assumption Catholic Church (4725 Mattis Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (6901 MacKenzie Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123).
