She was predeceased by: her parent Annie L. Allen; her husband John L. Davis Sr.; her son David Poe; her siblings, Spencer Poe and Barbara J. Potter; her granddaughter Nina DeBoise; her great grandchild DreDan Kelly; and her close friend Joe Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, John L. Davis, Jr. of Florissant, MO and Twyla Davis of East St; her grandchildren, Brian S. Davis of Orlando, FL, Christian Davis of Belleville, IL and Dranae DeBoise (Roger) of Cahokia, IL; her great grandchildren, Darshawn Brown of Belleville, IL, Devon J. Coleman of Belleville, IL, Jeremy Schooler of Belleville, IL, Dranayah Kelly of Cahokia, IL, Drequan Kelly of Cahokia, IL and Jada Schooler; her great great grandchildren, Ky'Shawn Brown, Da'Lanii Brown and Devon A. Coleman; her nieces, Anita Allen-Cherry of Fairview Heights, IL and Antoinette Wetherspoon of Deltona, FL; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Leland Cherry Jr. of East St, Christopher Johnson of Denver, CO, Lenita Cherry, Briana Ricks (Mike) of Satellite Beach, FL and Landon Wetherspoon of Deltona, FL; her goddaughter Shirleana Hoskins of Northwoods, MO; her close friend Mary Wilder; Trevon Cherry of Fairview Heights, IL.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Serenity Memorial Chapel (3416 W Main St, Belleville, IL 62226). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
