She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ortale and Edna Ortale. She is survived by: her siblings, Rhonda, Tony (Sue), Gary (Kris) and Monica. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews; one grand-nephew; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
