He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Allen and Mary Allen (Marine Corps); his close friend Gene; his wife Darlene Allen; his daughters, Michele Britt (Jim) and Nicole Allen (Kevin Thalacker); his granddaughters, Evelin Thalacker, Lila Thalacker and Charlotte Britt; and his cousins, Mike Iverson and William Doores.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Congregational Church (949 Main St, South Glastonbury, CT 06073).
