Frances Marlene Barnhill Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Marlene Barnhill in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on March 1, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hubert Setzer and Ovie Mae McDermont Setzer; her husbands, Vern Barton and Barney Barnhill; her siblings, Granville Setzer, Robert Setzer, Bonnie Bolling (Gene) and Almeda Howdeshell Campbell; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Setzer and Pat Setzer.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathlene "Kathy" Key (Jay) of Harrison, AR, Susie Martin (Ron) of Bullhead City, AZ, Cindy Martin (Ricky) of Steelville, MO and Merry Ziebol of Steelville, MO; her grandchildren, Scott Key (Tara) of Spring Branch, TX, Scott Martin of Los Angeles, CA, Joe Martin (Lisa) of Imperial, MO, Tanya Brown (Brad) of Steelville, MO, Ben Martin (Rachel) of Steelville, MO, Anthony Martin (Sunni) of Proctorville, OH and Tenise Ertl (Dalton) of St. James, MO; her brother Bill Setzer of St. Louis, MO; and her sister-in-law Gloria Setzer Chase of Lake Okeechobee, FL. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, other many relatives and friends.
