She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Kohler and Frances Kohler; her husband Robert Guth; her daughter Jill Niewoehner (Charles); and her siblings, Jerome, Emil, Agnes Santhuff (Marvin), Edwin, Melvin Kohler, Marion Kohler (Sandy), Herbert Kohler and JoAnn Kohler.

She is survived by: her son Jeffery Ross; her siblings, Clara Kohler (Winfred Santhuff) and Marvin Kohler (Lisa); her grandchildren, Bradley Lefarth (Karla), Matthew Lefarth (Dana Barton) and Jaclyn Bayer (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Karleigh, Kyley, Keegan, Kamden and Tracie.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Frances's honor be made to the Gateway Food Pantry.
