He was predeceased by: his mother Church; his wife Mary Ann; and his father Frank M. Jakovich. He is survived by: his children, Frank J. Jakovich (Kim) and Marie Masterson (Dan); and his grandchildren, Joe Masterson, Sam Masterson (Mary), Maggie Masterson and Hayley Jakovich.
