He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Jackson and Thelma Jackson; and his sister Dorothy Fox. He is survived by: his wife Diana Jackson; his children, Dawn Smith (Mark Jr.), Gregory Jackson (Janel) and Ginger Rodgers (Joe); his grandchildren, Ryan Mathes (Victor), Brianna Mathes, Neal Jackson (Shannon Flynn), Ty Jackson (Jordyn Scott), Paisley Rodgers, Carter Rodgers and Spencer Rodgers; and his great grandchild Penelope Brooks.
In lieu of flowers, Frankie requested donations be made to Shriner's Hospital at donate.shrinerschildrens.org in memory of his sister Dorothy Fox.
