It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frieda Virginia Whaley of Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Nappier and Virginia Nappier; and her husband Elbert "Ray" Whaley. She was also cherished by her loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
