Gary Ray Hartwig Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Ray Hartwig of Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 17, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Gary may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by: his wife Suzie; his children, Greg (Natalie) and Geoff (Amy); and his grandchildren, Lillian, Grant, Hadley and Taylor.
