He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Cibulka and Eileen; and his brothers, Stephen, Dan and David Cibulka.
He is survived by: his partner Shirley Frei; his children, Justin Cibulka (Jenelle) and Katy Cason (Colt); his grandchildren, Jackson, Carter, Caroline and Eilee; and his brothers, Carl and John Cibulka.
