He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Martens (Daniel) and Katherine Schwartzmeyer Johnson (Steven); his grandchildren, Gaylynn Jones (Jeremy Lampe), Douglas Jones, Riley Jones (Hayli) and Charli Johnson; his great grandchildren, Camden, Brayden Lampe and Remi Jones; and his siblings, Sandy Thomas, Alicia Chase and Gary Chase (Rebecca). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
