He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wilcoxen and Esther May Wilcoxen (Babcock); his brothers, George Wilcoxen (Eva), Carl Wilcoxen (Gwen) and Paul Wilcoxen (Virginia); and his great grandchild Maura Wilcoxen.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Bernice "Bee" Horner; his sister-in-law Eva Wilcoxen (George); his children, Louise Wilson (Michael), Linda Potts (Timothy), Terry Dean Wilcoxen and Dale Wilcoxen (Marlene); his grandchildren, Ronald Stone (Angela), Catherine Lampshire (Douglas), Christopher Stone (Lisa Richards), Julie Whittington (Michael), Karen Angerer, Stephanie Fitzpatrick (Robert Collins), Ryan Potts, Erin Evans (Michael), Drew Wilcoxen (Lindsay), Kyle Wilcoxen (Lauren Kolodziej), Curtis Wilcoxen (Andrea Lehman), Eileen Bresnahan (David), Kevin Wilcoxen (Shanna), Brian Stone, Scott Stone, Emily Stone, Amelia Stone, Sophia Sands (Brendan) and Charles Stone; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Nelson, Max Nelson, Celia Whittington, Colin Whittington, Sean Angerer, Caroline "Callie" Angerer, Daniel Collins, Claire Wilcoxen, Ethan Wilcoxen, Walter Wilcoxen, Cicely Wilcoxen, Jack Bresnahan, Kinley Bresnahan, Clark Wilcoxen, Emma Wilcoxen and Theodore Wilcoxen.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Jefferson Barracks Cemetery.
