She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Lively and Adele Lively; her siblings, Marilyn Curry and Charles Lively; and her nephew Jacob Lively.
She is survived by: her son Todd Andrew Koyn; her siblings, Eugene J Lively, Jr. (Jeanie), Carol Ashton, Gerry Lively and Tony Lively; and her close friends, Carol Kohring and Mary McGuffey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nephews, other family members and friends.
