He is survived by: his wife Susan Elliott; his daughters, Kathryn Love (George) and Elizabeth Niedringhaus; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Slear (David), Amelia, Helen Love, Thomas and Jack Niedringhaus; and his brother David Elliott (Susan).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School (MICDS).
