He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jacobs and Irene Jacobs; and his brothers, Donald, Frank "Bud" and Richard Jacobs (Jody Jacobs).
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Clayton and Frank Jacobs (Susan); his grandchildren, Shane McKinney (Angie), Michael McKinney (Carly), Alysha Dixon (Lee), Daniel Jacobs (Devin) and Bradley Jacobs (Diin); and his great grandchildren, Gabby, Liam, Stella, Gracie, Jack, Sawyer, Bodhi and Donnie.
