He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis W. Lee and Edna Lee (O'Toole); and his brothers, Tom and Bill Lee. He is survived by: his girlfriend Meta Lee; his girlfriend's children, Amy, Laura and Dan Davis; and his brother Tim Lee (Sue). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Salvation Army.
