It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Perkins (Saint Louis, Missouri), born in Covington, Tennessee, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva L Perkins and Clarence Perkins Sr.; his daughter Janice Wynn; and his siblings, Mary Carlson, Harvey McGregor, Henry Perkins and Clarence Perkins Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Wynn and James Wynn; and his siblings, Pauline, Gloria, Cora, Priscilla, John, Malcolm and Steve. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
