He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mayhall Summers; his children, Kay Basta (Larry), Kim Brosnihan (Jack), Jimmy Summers (Theresa) and Jeff Summers (Christy); his grandchildren, Jim Brooks (Jan), Allie Summers, Erika Brosnihan, Brock Summers (Stephanie), Kelsey Summers, Jake Basta (Jeannine) and Jarod Basta; and his sisters, Phyllis Nicolay (Martin) and Jerry Keller (Donald).
