It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Ann McBride (Saint Louis, Missouri), who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Janet Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Janet Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sagitto and Eta Petroccia; and her brother George Sagitto Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Angela Brown; her granddaughter Joy Marie Brown; and her sisters, Edwina Sagitto (Brigitte Wieser), Debra Sagitto and Diana Luczak (Steve).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary (6464 Chippewa St, St. Louis, MO 63109). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (6901 MacKenzie Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123).
