She is survived by: her husband James D. Kallmeyer (Jim); her children, Meribeth Kane (Beth), Larry Akins, Nanette Akins (Nan) and Martin (Marty); her grandchildren, Josh Vehovic, Brad Akins (Paige), Ben Vehovic (Denise), Daniel Vehovic, Amanda Greubel (Scott), Abbie Evans (Jordan), Francie Akins, Mary Jane Akins, Patrick Akins and Jeanette Akins; and her siblings, William Martin (Bill), Dale Martin (Jean) and Judith McPherson (Ron). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to First Christian Church of Zeigler, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Smile Train (providing cleft surgeries for children).
