She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolph "Rudy" J. Kouba; her siblings, Marian J. Weldele, Eileen Pagano and Donald Werkmeister; and her father Ernest A. (Katherine).
She is survived by: her sibling Russell C. Werkmeister (Henrietta).
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Parish (2300 Church Rd, Arnold, MO 63010). A burial will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery (2300 Church Rd, Arnold, MO 63010).
