He is survived by: his mother Beverly Hewitt; his wife Tammy Tiller-Hewitt; his bonus-childrens, Tommy Tiller (Kimberly) and Taylor Gall (Corey); his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Amelia, Thomas, Graham, Gabrielle and Tatum; his brother Todd Hewitt (Michelle); his nieces and nephews, Colby, Kenzie and Cooper; his parents-in-law, Lester and Gloria Hoormann; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Hoormann (Carol), Andrea Curless (Jerry) and Kathy Akers (Marty).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or to Evelyn's House via Tribute Giving at The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
