He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Poe and Eula Poe (Cook); his son Otis Westbrooks; and his son-in-law Reginald Brandy Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Tamera Brandy of St. Louis, Marcus Powell of St. Louis, Lillie Westbrooks of St. Louis and Lorenzo Westbrooks of St. Louis; and the mother of his children Racheal Gilbert. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
