We bid farewell to Joan L. Lee of Saint Louis, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 25, 2025 at the age of 88. Joan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Joan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chia-Fang Lan and Yu-Hao Chen; her husband Yu-Chiang Lee; and her son Henry Victor Lee. She is survived by: her daughters, Arlene Victoria Lee (Clifford Harry Minnick) and Alice Lee Stevens; her grandchildren, Sophia Irene Stevens, Chloe Plum Stevens and Clyde Lee Minnick; her sister Lin-Ching Lu (Chai-Pei Lu); and her nephews, Richard and Alan Lu. She is also survived by extended family in Taiwan, including two sisters, two brothers, several sisters- and brothers-in-law, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
