She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaitanina Sica and Liberato Sica; and her siblings, Maria Theresa Sica, Victor Sica and Ralphie Sica.

She is survived by: her daughters, Alicia Diaz (Bryan Sachan) and Jennifer Diaz (Steve Albrecht); her granddaughters, Hannah Wade, Ella Brenner and Audrey Brenner; her brother Vincent Sica; her former husband James Diaz; Jim Diaz (Mary Ellen Whitelaw).
