He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Grummer and Bonnie Grummer (Wilcox); and his brothers, Paul and Wally Grummer. He is survived by: his wife Clara Grummer (Atchley); and his brother Ed Grummer (Sue). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
