He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Kassay; his sibling Darlin Tackett (Hobert); and his parents, John Kassay and Theresa Kassay. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanette Kassay and Jamie Heineck (Michael); his grandchildren, Reily Kassay, Christian Kassay and Kaleb Barry; his siblings, Jean Kamrada (Ed), Michael Kassay (Gloria), Shirley Singleton (late Dennis), Mary DeVite and Ann Connors; and his sister-in-law Sandra Manente (late Richard).
