He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Christine Lewis; and his siblings, Shirley, Barb, Mildred, Charles and Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Lewis; his children, Leena Lewis, Jeanna Bullock (Eric) and Heather Dye; and his grandchildren, Trey Bullock and Aiden Bullock.
